Event Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. To ensure fairness to all guests and allow us to manage our intimate events responsibly, please review our cancellation policy before purchasing a ticket.
Refund Schedule
- 5 or more days before the event: Full refund to your original payment method.
- 3–4 days before the event: 50% refund to your original payment method, or a full credit toward a future Jupiter Wine Project event — your choice.
- Less than 48 hours before the event: No refund. Due to perishable food and wine commitments made in advance, we are unable to issue refunds for late cancellations.
No-Shows
Guests who do not attend without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
How to Cancel
To cancel your reservation, please email us at ken@jupiterwineproject.com with your order number and the event name. Cancellations are processed in the order they are received.
Event Changes
In the rare event that Jupiter Wine Project must cancel or reschedule an event, all ticket holders will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to the rescheduled date.
