Since 2011, he has been running distinguished wine programs in country clubs, with over 20 years of experience in hospitality. His approach is rooted in structure, provenance, and the classic markers of quality winemaking.
Courtney Baloyi
Courtney brings a different palate to the table—one that balances Kenneth's formal training with intuitive taste and adventurous exploration. With more than 15 years in hospitality, she has an exceptional ability to identify wines that surprise and delight. She's the one who plans every trip around wine regions and food, ensuring that our collection reflects not just what's technically excellent, but what's genuinely exciting to drink.
