We reserve the right to cancel any order if age verification cannot be confirmed upon delivery. A valid government-issued ID may be required at the time of delivery.
2. Shipping Restrictions
Jupiter Wine Project ships wine in compliance with applicable state and federal laws. We are unable to ship to all U.S. states due to varying alcohol shipping regulations. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the receipt of alcohol shipments is legal in their state. Orders placed to restricted states will be cancelled and refunded. Shipping to a business address or adult signature upon delivery may be required.
3. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of wine and applicable alcohol regulations, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@jupiterwineproject.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
