"Nostre Pais" — Occitan for Our Land — extends its terroir-driven philosophy to white wine with this luminous 2021 blanc from Domaine Gassier's organically farmed estate in the Costieres de Nîmes. A blend of Grenache Blanc, Clairette, and Viognier, it captures the aromatic generosity and sun-warmed minerality of the Southern French garrigue in every glass.
Pale gold with green highlights, the nose is immediately captivating — white peach, apricot blossom, honeysuckle, and a whisper of anise. On the palate, Grenache Blanc provides body and texture, Clairette lends freshness and citrus lift, while Viognier weaves in its signature floral perfume.
