From one of Provence's most storied estates, Roseblood is Château d'Estoublon's ode to the art of the Provençal rosé — a wine that wears its elegance lightly and its terroir proudly. Nestled in the Baux-de-Provence appellation, the estate's ancient olive groves and limestone-rich soils lend a distinctive mineral character to everything grown here, and the 2025 rosé is no exception.
Pale salmon in the glass with the faintest copper blush, Roseblood opens with a delicate, aromatic nose of fresh strawberry, white peach, rose petal, and a whisper of citrus zest. On the palate, it is dry and precise — light-bodied with a silky texture, bright acidity, and a clean, lingering finish that calls for another sip almost immediately.
