Product Info
Vino de Eyzaguirre is one of Chile's oldest and most storied wine estates, with roots stretching back to the 19th century in the Colchagua Valley. Their Cabernet Sauvignon 2024 is a vivid expression of this sun-drenched terroir — where the Andes foothills meet the Pacific influence of the Coastal Range, creating ideal conditions for Cabernet of remarkable depth and freshness.
Deep ruby with violet edges, the 2024 opens with an inviting bouquet of blackcurrant, ripe plum, dark chocolate, and a hint of cedar and dried herbs. On the palate, it is medium-bodied yet approachable, with firm but polished tannins, a core of dark fruit, and a long, mineral-tinged finish. A wine that captures the best of Chilean Cabernet — bold, expressive, and excellent value.

Organic Wines: Terroir in Its Purest Form
Organic wines are crafted from grapes grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers, allowing the vineyard's natural character to shine through. These wines reflect a commitment to sustainable viticulture and respect for the land, often revealing more nuanced expressions of their terroir.
From biodynamic estates in Burgundy to certified organic vineyards in California's coastal regions, our organic selections showcase winemakers who prioritize soil health and biodiversity. The result is wine that speaks authentically to its origin—pure, expressive, and thoughtfully made.
