    From one of the Cape Winelands' most iconic estates, the Boschendal Brut Rosé Cap Classique is a celebration in a bottle. Crafted in the traditional méthode cap classique style — South Africa's answer to Champagne — this elegant sparkling wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle, developing the fine, persistent bubbles and toasty complexity that define the category at its finest.

    A blend anchored by Pinot Noir with Chardonnay, it pours a delicate blush-pink with a steady stream of fine mousse. The nose is expressive and inviting — fresh strawberry and raspberry lead, followed by hints of brioche, rose petal, and a touch of citrus. On the palate, it is dry and beautifully structured, with bright acidity, creamy texture, and a long, refined finish that speaks to the estate's centuries of winemaking heritage.
