    The beloved enological offspring of Castello di Montepò, an exquisite label capable of enhancing all the sensory qualities brought by the Sangiovese Grosso BBS11, an exclusive heritage of the Biondi Santi family. A fresh, round, and dynamic wine, named after a volcanic erratic boulder that has fueled many local legends over the centuries.

    Appearance: Brilliant ruby red with garnet reflections, showcasing the wine's youthful vibrancy.

    Nose: An elegant bouquet of ripe red cherries, wild strawberries, and violet petals, complemented by subtle hints of Mediterranean herbs, tobacco leaf, and a whisper of vanilla from careful oak aging.

    Palate: Medium to full-bodied with a silky texture and well-integrated tannins. Flavors of sour cherry, cranberry, and plum are balanced by bright acidity and notes of leather, earth, and sweet spice. The finish is persistent and refined, with lingering fruit and mineral notes.
