The 2022 vintage in Alsace was warm and generous, producing Pinot Noir of lovely ripeness and expressive character. Bright ruby in the glass, the Carpe Diem opens with an inviting nose of fresh strawberry, red cherry, and raspberry, lifted by subtle floral notes and a delicate hint of spice. On the palate, it's elegant and medium-bodied, with soft tannins, refreshing acidity, and a smooth, fruit-forward finish that lingers pleasantly.
