Southern Right Sauvignon Blanc is a vivid, expressive white wine from the Walker Bay appellation of South Africa's Western Cape — a cool-climate coastal region that imparts remarkable freshness and precision to every vintage. The 2024 delivers a luminous pale straw color with an aromatic nose of white grapefruit, passionfruit, and freshly cut grass, lifted by a zesty citrus blossom note.
On the palate, the wine is crisp and focused, with flavors of lime zest, green apple, and gooseberry underpinned by a mineral, saline edge that speaks directly to the ocean-influenced terroir. The finish is clean, persistent, and refreshing — a hallmark of Walker Bay's cool maritime climate.
